At BUDA SNKRS & APPAREL LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”), we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and professional manner. Our web platform is developed, managed and maintained by KATES ESSENTIALS. We partner with major carriers — including USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL — to facilitate both domestic and international shipping services.

 

2. Order Processing / Fulfillment

 

  • Orders placed on our Site will typically be processed within 1–3 business days of the completed purchase confirmation (payment accepted, order valid).

  • “Business days” exclude weekends and United States federal holidays.

  • Processing means the order has been picked, packed, and handed off to the designated carrier.

  • We reserve the right to delay or cancel processing of any order in our discretion — including suspected fraud, payment failure, stock discrepancies or shipping address issues.

 

3. Domestic Shipping & Estimated Delivery Times

 

  • For domestic (within the U.S.) orders, once the order has shipped, delivery is typically expected within 5–8 business days.

  • These are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

  • Additional time may be required for rural locations, inaccessible addresses, or other carrier-related limitations.

 

4. International Shipping

 

  • International delivery times vary significantly based on destination country, customs clearance, carrier transit, local postal services and import regulations.

  • You are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by your destination country.

  • If your country is not supported by our checkout at the time of purchase, we may be unable to ship to that destination.

  • Delivery delays due to customs or governmental restrictions are outside our control and we are not liable for such delays.

 

5. Shipping Costs & Carrier Selection

 

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed during checkout, unless discounted or waived as part of a promotion.

  • We select carriers and shipping service levels based on cost, destination, item size/weight and other logistics considerations.

  • We may offer flat-rate, tiered, or free shipping promotions at our discretion.

  • Expedited or premium shipping upgrades (if offered) will incur additional cost and will be shown at checkout.

 

6. Shipment Notification & Tracking

 

  • You will receive an automatic email notification when your order ships, containing the carrier name and tracking number.

  • You may use that tracking number via the carrier’s website to monitor delivery status.

  • If you do not receive a notification within a reasonable time after order placement, please contact us at the email listed below.

 

7. Delays, Lost or Damaged Shipments

 

  • While we endeavour to meet the estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier issues, weather, customs, pandemic-related restrictions).

  • If your domestic order has not arrived within 8 business days of dispatch, or your international order is significantly delayed, please contact us.

  • For lost, stolen or damaged packages, contact us promptly so we may assist with filing carrier claims. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but cannot guarantee replacement or refund in every instance.

 

8. Address Accuracy & Responsibility

 

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information (recipient name, address, postal/ZIP code, phone number and any special instructions) at checkout.

  • If your package is returned to us by the carrier due to incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible address, additional shipping/reshipment fees may apply, or free shipping promotional offers may be voided.

 

9. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

 

  • Our separate Returns & Exchanges Policy governs all returns, exchanges or order cancellations and is incorporated by reference into this Shipping Policy. We encourage you to review that policy prior to finalizing your purchase.

  • Shipment of your order does not imply acceptance of the order for purposes of returns beyond what is stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
