At BUDA SNKRS & APPAREL LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is paramount. This Refund & Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs the return, exchange, and refund rights for Products purchased on our website (www.budasnkrs.com). The Site is developed, managed and maintained by KATES ESSENTIALS. This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms & Conditions.
1. Return Window
You may request a return of eligible Products within 14 calendar days of receipt. The 14-day window begins on the date you, or your designated carrier, receive the Product. Returns submitted after the 14-day deadline may be refused at our discretion.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:

The Product must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging (including box, protective materials, accessories, documentation).

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

The Product must not have been damaged, altered, washed, or worn beyond inspection for size/fit.

We reserve the right to refuse a return that fails to meet these criteria.
3. Items Excluded or Final Sale

Products purchased on final sale, clearance, or marked as “Sale” on the Site or during checkout are not eligible for return or refund.

Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items are treated as non-returnable unless faulty or defective.

For defective or mis-described items, your statutory rights may still apply.
4. Initiating a Return
To start the returns process:

Email us at brands@budasnkrs.com to request a Return Authorization (“RA”).

Upon approval, we’ll provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and detailed instructions.

Returns shipped without prior approval, without our RA, or outside the defined process may be refused and will not be accepted.

Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the Product back to us.
5. Defects, Damage & Wrong Items

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Notify us immediately if the Product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can determine the appropriate remedy.

We may request photos or other evidence of the defect/damage.

If we determine the Product is defective or incorrectly shipped, we will provide a refund, replacement or exchange at our discretion.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, you must first return the original item in accordance with Sections 2-4. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability and may incur additional shipping fees.
7. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned Product, we will email you whether the return is approved or rejected.

If approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within up to 10 business days. Bank or credit-card delays may extend this timeframe.

If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days of our approval email, you may contact us at brands@budasnkrs.com.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by law.

We may deduct from your refund restocking fees or return shipping costs if the Product fails to meet eligibility criteria or the return is due to user error (e.g., ordering wrong size/fit).
8. Condition of Returned Goods & Restocking
We reserve the right to inspect returned Products. If the returned item fails to meet eligibility criteria (e.g., worn, damaged, missing tags or packaging) we may:

Deny your refund and ship the item back to you at your expense; or

Issue a partial refund or store credit at our discretion; or

Treat the Product as non-returnable per Section 3.
9. Compliance & Statutory Rights

While we set forth this Policy, certain statutory consumer rights cannot be waived (e.g., for defective goods). For example, U.S. state laws may provide rights whether you like our policy or not.

It is your responsibility to know your rights in your jurisdiction; nothing in this Policy shall limit rights you may have under applicable law.

We may modify, update or replace this Policy at any time, at our sole discretion. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site or placement of Orders after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
